  Podium Waterproofing

  The concrete surface of podiums is expected to withstand the stress of being exposed to weather conditions, decorative features such as planters and pavers and heavy vehicular movement. Thus, in order to achieve durability, effective surface protection and waterproofing are necessary.

  The large span of the podium surface allows higher exposure to weather elements and increased vibrations to vehicular movement, requiring the waterproofing system to be flexible, durable and of high quality.

  Landscape Podium (Softscape) Waterproofing

  Landscaped areas need waterproofing systems that are ‘anti-root’ thereby preventing the roots of plants from entering into the concrete substrate.

  Our bitumen-based system has root-resistant properties and is highly suitable for landscaped areas.

  Hardscape Podium Waterproofing

  Hardscape podium areas include the inanimate element of landscaping i.e. amenities such as driveways, walkways, pathways and structures of aesthetic value such as fountains, patios and seating areas.

  Loads applied to the hardscape surface are transmitted to the supporting structure, creating structural deflection leading to stresses in the concrete surface.

  Our SBR-based highly elastic waterproofing coating provides an excellent barrier against structural stress caused due to thermal as well as vehicular movement.
